Refund policy

We will always strive to keep you happy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your experience or your customized PDFs, please email us at support@designmyplanner.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation. 

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing outlining the reason a refund is being requested. Requests for refunds for the 24 hour package must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests for refunds for the monthly package must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests for refunds for the yearly package must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. However, it really is our goal to help you, if there is reason you need a refund outside of the permitted time, do let us know and will we do what we can to assist you!
